PRICES RETURN TO INCREASE
Reversal of the trend after a decline in property prices which turned out to be a short pause. The owned homes are again on the rise also in the high-end segment. The strong economic recovery with interests at very low levels, despite a slight upward trend, stimulates housing demand.
